Sweet and Tangy Kale Chips

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Kale Leaves Washed and torn into 1-2” pieces
  • 3 tbsp Avocado or Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Allulose Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and massage kale for 1-2 minutes.
  • Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees (or 325 in convection oven) for approximately 10-15 minutes.
    Watch carefully as kale chips will burn quickly!
