Sweet and Tangy Kale Chips
- 1 bunch Kale Leaves Washed and torn into 1-2” pieces
- 3 tbsp Avocado or Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Allulose Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and massage kale for 1-2 minutes.
- Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees (or 325 in convection oven) for approximately 10-15 minutes. Watch carefully as kale chips will burn quickly!
