  • 1/2 cup Pureed Pumpkin
  • 1/2 Banana frozen preferred
  • 1 Carrot medium
  • 1/4 cup Pitted Dates medjool
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract pure
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Allspice

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
