About Damian Bramer
Hello there!
I am a certified nutrition consultant. I developed a deep appreciation for food and its relationship with the body early on in my life. This made my decision to study Nutrition Science in college an easy one. I gained an extensive science background while earning my bachelor’s in Nutrition Science from UC Davis, in my hometown of Davis, California. This education gave me a detailed understanding of the chemistry of food and its metabolic relationship to the human body. As my own nutrition evolved, I became more aware of how food can be used therapeutically and decided to advance my education in this area specifically.
More recently, I studied nutrition at Bauman College: Holistic Nutrition + Culinary Arts. It is here that I learned a great deal about whole food nutrition and its relationship to disease. I have worked with people who suffered from a wide array of conditions such as autoimmune disease, degenerative diseases, mental health, diabetes, and perhaps closest to home, cancer.
I believe that the best way to maintain good health is to adopt eating and lifestyle habits that are sustainable for the long term. These habits should not only be manageable but enjoyable to you as well. They should support your individual energy requirement, optimize your digestive health, lower inflammation, and keep your blood sugar balanced.
Strengthening the body with whole food nutrition is my passion and life’s work. I would be honored to be a part of your health journey!
